Warranty and support of the hardware are responsibility of the manufacturer. OutletCryptoMiners does everything in its power to make your miner work but we can not fix burned or defective hardware.

Delivery time depends on the manufacturer production time and on the current load of orders.High demanded products usually take longer to be shipped out. Currently all manufacturer are experiencing heavy delays, caused the chip manufacturer delays. Miners that are in stock are not affected.

Customs is the responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Every country has its specific laws and terms for importation. On request we gladly support you during the process by providing the necessary documents.

The first step is to get in touch with us. 99% of all cases we can solve for you and you can lean back and wait for your delivery. Should there be any issues we cant solve immediately, we wont stop until it is solved!

Yes, we work very tight with DHL and other Companies to ensure your shipment is at all time 100% secure. All packages have insurance up to the exact value of the miner when purchased.

Because our business is 100% legal, unfortunately cash payment is not accepted even if you want to make it at our company’s headquarters. Even here the payment will have to be made in Digital Currency as we also accept on our platform, only Digital Currency. Pass by, get a free coffee and make your purchase in person. Please be advised that you need to arrange an appointment before. We are always on tour for our customers, mining farms and projects related to mining.

Unfortunately you can not. Sometimes it can happen that an order is a couple of days delayed. reach out to us in case your order seems to take longer than usual. In case of batches/pre-sales, we depend very much on the progress and the punctuality of the factories which we can’t guarantee nor influence.
